Application
This unit specifies the skills and knowledge required to research, prepare and present a documented waste management plan. It includes reviewing waste practices to identify waste management options, assessing the feasibility of options and formulating waste management activities to achieve waste management objectives.
A person who achieves this unit of competency is able to use specialised knowledge to complete routine and non-routine tasks and deal with predictable and sometimes unpredictable problems.
